Caitlin Clark vomited during halftime of the Indiana Fever's 83-71 win over the Atlanta Dream on June 4, 2026, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, then returned to the court to finish with 17 points, eight assists and seven rebounds. Speaking to reporters after the game, Clark said she felt better for having been sick. "I haven't puked that much in a really long time," she said. "But then I felt fine. I felt light. So, I was running around feeling good in the second half."

She was also dealing with a vocal ailment by the time she met with reporters, though she said she expected to recover without issue.
